Our Alarm Centre are well equipped and experienced to carry out technical assistance and have grown with the company as it has expanded into different facets of assistance in different regions. We now handle technical assistance cases not only in Egypt but have also carried out technical assistance in a number of other regions including Sudan, Jordan, Libya, Lebanon, the Emirates, Somalia, Syria and Eritrea among others.

We have a very open team work based culture within Connex Assistance. All our alarm centre officers work in close knit teams to handle cases quickly and efficiently. Their communication, language and coordination skills make them excellent at what they do and they can handle any case thrown at them using innovative approaches and quick responses.

Our team are able to think on their feet and hit the ground running in some very complex scenarios and cases. We have had some major accidents over the last couple of years which have required our technical assistance. In one particular case, we organised transportation for 23 patients as well as their relatives, the escorting doctors and medical teams from two different hospitals in Cairo to the airport to be repatriated. Our professionalism and experience gave us the drive to create an innovative streamlined process to handle the operation. In this circumstance, we transported the patients and escorts from the two separate hospitals to one hospital to be treated and to facilitate the coordination. Separate transportation was then organised for each individual (be in ambulance or car) along with medical teams through to the Cairo Airport to be repatriated. Our organisation skills and the ease of the process was excellent and we received very good feedback from both the patients, their relatives as well as our client as to how impressed they were with our work. This is just one example of the quality of our technical assistance.
