CONNEX Assistance handles all types of medical assistance for the whole of Middle East and through our offices in Egypt, UAE and Sydan we have expanded into other neighboring countries including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Uganda, and Eritrea. We offer everything from Simple case services through to Hospitalization and Medivac Repatriation.

We provide a number of services and have a network of experienced doctors available which provide medical doctors visits in a number of countries, and we also provide doctors to escort patients for repatriation or transport between hospitals or elsewhere.

For hospitalization cases, we have very good relations with a number of hospitals throughout the region and ensure that patients continue to stay only at hospitals which provide a high standard of service with the obvious requirement for location and the situation of the patient. As part of this service we also offer payment guarantees which are a useful method of making sure the patient receives a hassle free stay while in hospital and on departure. Our vast multitude of ambulances accessible to us allows us to be in the right place at the right time and provides solid support for our hospitalization and Medivac Repatriation cases. This allows us to handle accidents in those difficult to get to places and further gives us the support we need for mass accidents which we have extensive experience executing for numerous clients.

We offer an excellent and very thorough Medivac Repatriation service where we handle the repatriation of patients from their location in hospital through to the airport and onto the air ambulance or flight. This service also extends to providing escorting doctors on board the air ambulance or flight until the patient reaches their final destination. We have handled a number of mass repatriation cases including one in 2003 where 63 people were repatriated, another in 2004 where 23 people were repatriated and another in 2005 where 26 people were evacuated, and again in 2007 and 2008 where groups of 35 and 22 persons we’re repatriated respectively.
