As in any company, cost containment is an important factor which enables business to run smoothly. CONNEX Assistance endeavors to reduce the burden on insurance companies or customers by providing a cost-effective solution which does not jeopardize the high-standard service we provide.

To lay a foundation for cost-containment we have carried out surveys and studies on the Egyptian market to select the best prices to offer clients. These surveys are invaluable to ensure costs reflect the quality of service we require at all times.

To provide our service, we are in continuous negotiation with service companies to come to agreement on prices and discounts. These discounts are also supported by special prices being available to us for ticketing, transportation, tour packages and hotels.

Repatriation is a necessity in some cases, and therefore we have special charter flights available for repatriation to provide a service which is cost-effective and is tailored to the appropriate situation.

CONNEX Assistance has a number of existing contracts with insurance companies to supply special packages customized for their particular needs which allows a mutually agreeable service, at the right price.
