Our head office is based in Cairo and we have satellite offices in Alexandria, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, and Luxor. Our medical network includes over 800 medical facilities and diagnostic centres across the country enabling us to extensively cover the whole of Egypt and extend our reach to even the most remote areas like Saint Catherine's Oasis and the Kharaga and Dakhla Oases in the Western Desert.
CONNEX Assistance Middle East also have branch offices in the United Arab Emirates to handle cases in the Arabian Penisula, and Sudan to cater for cases which arise in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The experience of our teams across the region in medical assistance, hotel management, and tourism means that we have special contracts with service providers such as hospitals, clinics, air ambulances, hotels and travel agencies.
Air repatriation and assistance are executed smoothly by CONNEX Assistance as we have been given permits to enter otherwise unauthorized areas such as airport runways and hangers. In addition, during repatriation, we can provide airport assistance therefore ensuring the patient or client is in safe hands and is being looked after at all times throughout the repatriation process.
