Client: Major German International Assistance Company

While vacationing in Egypt, a doctor contacted a client company informing them that his friend, who was travelling with him had Deep Vein Thrombosis in the leg and required immediate transfer. The straightforward situation became more urgent, when the doctor informed the representative that he and his friend were in the desert with no medical facilities nearby and no suitable means of transportation. The doctor called again, informing the representative that the patient was suffering from Tachycardia and chest pains. The doctor feared that his friend was suffering from pulmonary embolism.
